UCLA Engineering Boelter Penthouse
(Room 8500)
The Renewable Energy Association at UCLA is excited to hold its first ever Net Zero Forum! The term net zero refers to the initiative taken by many businesses, companies, organizations, and communities to systematically reduce their water, energy, and waste footprints. We will be hosting 3 interdisciplinary professionals from various sustainability companies here in Los Angeles, covering net zero systems within the fields of waste, buildings, architecture, energy, policy, and water. Each speaker will be presenting the relevancy of going net-zero within their fields, as well as presenting ways that their company is tackling this task. Following the presentations will be an open Q&A session as well as opportunities for networking. Light refreshments will be provided!
